The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on The Purple Boxxx. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Be sure to read them carefully for any future reference.Products:
We always do our best to make sure that the information given on our site is up to date but there is no guarantee that this will always be the case. We are not affiliated with any company whose merchandise is sold on this site. Products' colors could vary slightly from photographs shown on our site.
Prices:
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price at anytime and reserve the right to refuse any order.
Availability:
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of this by email and refund any money paid for them.
Payment:
Currently, the only accepted form of payment is Paypal. Paypal offers a secure checkout and is one of the most popular ways to make purchases on-line. The Purple Boxxx is Paypal verified.
Delivery:
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Delivery will normally be made within 2 business days from clearance of payment.
Shipping:
Most of our products are shipped world-wide, however, in certain instances we may be unable to ship to your country due to postal regulations. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping items to your country. Customers living outside of the U.S. are responsible for any (if any) customs fees. Please note: For your protection, as well as ours, if your Paypal status indicates an unconfirmed address, we will e-mail you requesting verification of the shipping address. If verification is not made within a timely manner, your payment will be refunded.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. You must contact The Purple Boxxx prior to returning items and receive a RAN (return authorization number). Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused and unworn condition and returned in their original packaging. Please retain your invoice and/or packing slip as we will need this information to complete your refund. Any shipping cost that you incur to return the product/item to us will not be refunded.
Dropshipping: Dropshipping is a great way to earn extra income as there is no inventory for you to handle and little or no out of pocket expense for items you want to sell. Dropshippers of our merchandise receive a discount dependent upon the amount of merchandise that is purchased. Much of our merchandise can be offered to a seller in the traditional "dropshipping" sense whereas the seller collects payment from the buyer, seller pays us for the merchandise and the item(s) are shipped to their buyer(s) with the seller's address on the packaging. Some of our merchandise will be shipped from our suppliers warehouses as orders are received and will be shipped to your buyer with our address, however, we will not include The Purple Boxxx as part of the return address as we want your buyers to continue purchasing from you.
